Training Alternatives

In addition to the onsite QuickStart program, Black Duck offers a number of alternative training methods:

Live Web Training

Directly from the comfort of your own desk, Black Duck Software offers live web training, an information packed session that delivers basic and advanced training for you and your end-users. Our trainers can follow a standard curriculum and training can be split-up over multiple days. All training sessions are password protected.

Customized Web Training

This online video presentation is fully customized to your organization’s policies and procedures. Used by companies as part of their new user training, the presentation relates specifically to your organization, so users can take their knowledge and apply it in an already familiar environment.

The video presentation can be viewed as many times as you’d like and at a pace which is comfortable for the students.

Self-paced Training

When time is an issue, Black Duck Software provides self-paced training for students. Users are able to teach themselves by walking through each step of some of the most commonly used features and functionalities of the solution and because it’s self-paced, there is no time limit.
